1. How to place an order?

Visit our store, choose the products that you interested then click "Add to cart" and "Checkout". Fill in your information and pay. Easy!

 

2. How can I modify my order?

Please note that we are only able to make change to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us via email erosfashion2u.official@gmail.com within 24 hours after placing your order.

 

3. How do you ship and the shipping fee?

Shipping fee is vary, depends on your exact location and shipping option.

 

4. How can I get FREESHIPPING?

You can get a FREESHIPPING offer on all orders, no minimum purchase.

 

5. How long will my order take to be delivered?

The shipping time will depend on your exact location. However, it takes 4-7 day for production time and average shipping times are within 7-15 working days (Working days exclude Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday).

 

6. How can I track my order?

We will send you the tracking number of your orders to the email that you filled down when placing your orders. The email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receiving the email.

 

7. When will my shipping tracking information appear?

You should see tracking events within 48-72 hours after you received the tracking number. The reason for this time lag is that in most cases the first tracking event only shows up once the shipment was handed over to us, i.e. once the shipment has left the fulfillment centre.

 

8. How can I pay for my order?

We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card or VISA. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in Malaysia Ringgit.

 

9. What if I received the wrong item?

We sincerely apologize for sending the wrong item. We do our best to satisfaction all customer.

What you need to do: Send us a photo of the wrong item that you received to our customer service team via email erosfashion2u.official@gmail.com. Don't forget to mentioned 'Wrong Item Received' in the subject line. We will send the correct item out as soon as possible. 

If you would like a refund instead, simply return all the wrong items or the entire order back to us for a refund. For orders with multiple items, if you decide to keep some items and return the rest, partial refunds will be credited back to your account.

 

10. What should I do if my parcel lost?

We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been posted. To prevent the package from getting lost, please make sure to double check the shipping address to ensure correct delivery.

Since we process orders as quickly as possible, we unfortunately cannot amend any order details or the delivery address even if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Once you’ve received your order, you may return any unwanted items for a refund.
